Mission Statement
“AfCE is a not for profit, user controlled, community regeneration organisation providing training, guidance, advice, publicity and expertise to tenants, residents and other organisation and individuals who want to become involved in the sustainable regeneration of their neighbourhoods.
AfCE is committed to an enabling and empowering approach to community regeneration believing that local knowledge and insights compliment Government and local authority led regeneration so that true partnerships can exist and local people are valued and respected.
AfCE will work with, and assist, central and local Government, public and private organisations and individuals who want to see money, assets, decisions and accountability transferred to local organisations and individuals who represent local aspirations and ambitions for an attractive build environment and better quality of life.”
